General Requirements

  1. Bus rental prices include fuel and driver.
  2. Rental prices do not include tolls, parking, crossings, levies, tourist tickets, accommodation, meals, and tipping crew (except by special agreement).
  3. If used overnight, the orderer is responsible for providing accommodation for the bus crew or can be compensated in the form of money amounting to Rp. 250,000/bus/night (except with special agreement)
  4. Orders are considered confirmed if the orderer has paid a deposit (DP) of min 30% of the total rental price no later than 3 (three) days after the invoice is issued.
  5. Repayment of the remaining payment must be paid no later than 3 (three) days before departure, the remainder of the order is considered forfeited.
  6. Cancellation Conditions carried out by the renter are as follows:
    • Cancellations from down payment to H-3 are subject to a fine of 30% of the total rental cost.
    • Cancellations from H-3 to H-1 will be subject to a fine of 70% of the total rental cost.
    • Cancellation on the day of departure will result in a fine of 100% of the total rental cost.
  7. Changes in the type of bus to be used and/or changes in the departure schedule (forward/backward date) can be served as long as the bus unit is still available at the agreed Bus Provider.
  8. The normal bus usage time per day within the city is 12 hours (06.00 - 18.00) and outside the city 18 hours (05.00 - 23.00), the rest will be charged overtime, max 4 hours, if it exceeds 4 hours Overtime rates are charged equivalent to 1 day's rental rate.
  9. Details of overtime fees, as follows:
    • Micro Bus (Elf) : Rp. 200,000/hour or Rp. 1,800,000/day
    • Medium Bus : Rp. 300,000/hour or Rp. 2,500,000/day
    • Big Bus : Rp. 400,000/hour or Rp. 4,000,000/day
  10. Overnight usage limit is 05.00 on the first day to 23.00 on the last day.
  11. Management and bus crew have the right to refuse to continue the journey if the following conditions occur:
    • The route and time do not match the agreement stated on the invoice.
    • Buses are required to use roads that do not comply with the Lowest Road Class or this could cause damage to the bus and endanger travel safety.
    • The number of passengers boarding the bus exceeds the maximum capacity of the bus.
  12. The orderer is responsible for all damage and loss suffered by the bus due to by the orderer's negligence.
  13. The orderer has the right to reprimand the bus crew if they behave impolitely or recklessly when driving vehicles, and act endangering travel safety.
  14. If there is damage to the vehicle and it cannot be repaired, management has the right looking for a replacement fleet that is equivalent or at least meets the standard tourist bus specifications.
  15. Management is not responsible for damage and loss suffered by the customer if due to force majeure or conditions beyond our control.
  16. All passengers are officially insured under PT Jasa Raharja (Persero) Accident Insurance.
